Today's workout was long overdue. I'm not much of a sports person. It's safe to say that the last time I went for a jog was a year ago. Now, the only exercise I do is walking up and down the stairs, and lifting the 8 plus kilos living dumb-bell (a.k.a my baby boy). But then again, that's not enough. I need to make this sweat time a routine from now on. Live healthily! Plus, my
InBody result says I'm 3 kilos over my ideal weight. Boo.
